Affiliate Terms and Conditions
- Program Overview
The Longevity Pro Labs Affiliate Program allows approved individuals and businesses to earn commissions by referring
qualifying customers to longevityprolabs.com. Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms. Longevity Pro Labs may
modify, suspend, or discontinue the program subject to applicable law and any written affiliate agreement.
- Affiliate Eligibility
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, submit accurate registration and payment details, maintain a legitimate
promotional channel, and comply with applicable laws. Longevity Pro Labs may approve or reject applications at its
discretion.
- Affiliate Commissions and Discounts
All affiliate commissions, referral incentives, and customer discounts are negotiable on a case-by-case basis and
require approval by Longevity Pro Labs. No uniform or guaranteed commission or discount rate applies to all affiliates.
Commission rates may reflect the individual relationship, promotional activities, expected sales volume, and other business
considerations. Affiliate-specific customer discounts and promotional codes may be negotiated separately.
All agreed rates, discounts, eligible products, attribution rules, and any exceptions must be documented and communicated
to the affiliate. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, commissions are based on qualifying completed product sales, excluding
shipping, taxes, refunds, and applicable discounts.
Self-referrals, unauthorized discount stacking, coupon manipulation, and fraudulent referrals are prohibited unless
expressly authorized. Changes to individually agreed financial terms require mutual agreement, except as necessary for
legal compliance or to address fraud.
- Commission Payments
Payment timing, methods, minimum payout thresholds, and any processing fees will be communicated in the affiliate’s
individual written arrangement. Commissions are payable only for verified eligible transactions. Canceled, refunded,
fraudulent, or disputed orders are not commissionable.
Affiliates must provide accurate payment and tax information and are responsible for their own taxes. Payments may be
temporarily withheld during a good-faith investigation of suspected fraud or violations, subject to applicable law.
- Affiliate Marketing Guidelines
Affiliates may use approved websites, social channels, educational materials, and lawful permission-based email
campaigns. Affiliates must comply with advertising laws, platform policies, and all approved product restrictions.
Affiliates may not make false or misleading claims, describe products as FDA-approved medications or treatments, make
disease-treatment claims, provide unauthorized medical advice, impersonate the company, or use its trademarks in
unapproved paid advertisements.
- Research Use Only
Applicable Longevity Pro Labs products are marketed for legitimate laboratory research use only, not human or veterinary
use. Affiliates must not promote such products for personal consumption, injection, dosing, or therapeutic applications, or

provide human-administration instructions.
Research-use-only labels do not replace compliance with applicable laws; affiliates must ensure their content and
representations are lawful.
- Affiliate Disclosures
Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their material financial relationship with Longevity Pro Labs near
endorsements and affiliate links, as required by the Federal Trade Commission and other applicable laws. Example: “I may
earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through my affiliate link.”
- Prohibited Conduct
Prohibited activities include fabricated referrals, fraudulent purchases, spam, deceptive promotions, unauthorized
incentives, trademark misuse, impersonation, and unlawful advertising. Violations may result in suspension, termination, or
withholding of commissions attributable to prohibited activity, to the extent permitted by law.
- Intellectual Property
Approved logos and marketing assets may be used only for authorized promotion during active participation. All
trademarks, names, graphics, and intellectual property remain the property of Longevity Pro Labs or their respective
owners. No broader license is granted.
- Independent Relationship
Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, partners, or agents of Longevity Pro Labs. Affiliates bear their own
expenses, taxes, and compliance obligations and cannot bind the company to commitments.
- Termination
Either party may end participation at any time. Upon termination, affiliates must stop using affiliate links and company
promotional assets. Valid pre-termination commissions will be handled under the applicable written payment terms and law.
- Changes to Terms
Longevity Pro Labs may revise these general terms, with notice of material changes to active affiliates. Changes to
negotiated commission and discount terms remain subject to Section 3. Continued participation after the effective date of
updated general terms constitutes acceptance where legally permissible.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Longevity Pro Labs is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or
consequential damages arising from participation. The company does not guarantee traffic, sales, or earnings.
- Governing Law
These terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to courts of
competent jurisdiction in Florida, to the extent permitted by law.

By enrolling in and participating in the program, affiliates acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these
Terms and Conditions and any individually negotiated written affiliate arrangement.
